These terms and conditions apply to the purchase in the online store operated by Zebra Systems, s.r.o..

The conditions specify and clarify the rights and obligations of the seller, the company  Zebra Systems, s.r.o.., seated Francouzská 6167/5, 708 00 Ostrava - Poruba, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 11310 and the buyer (customer , the consumer).

All contractual relations are concluded in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. If the consumer is a party, shall be governed by the terms of trade relations not the Civil Code (No. 40/1964 Coll.) And the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.). If a party does not include consumers, the relations modified Terms and Conditions Commercial Code, No. 513/1991 Coll., All as amended.

Definition of Terms

Consumer purchase contract is a contract, work contract or another contract if the parties are on the one hand and consumers on the other supplier.

The seller is a company Zebra Systems, s.r.o., established Francouzská 6167/5,   708 00 Ostrava - Poruba, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 11310 person who, in the conclusion and performance of the contract acts in a business or other business activities. It is a business who, directly or through other business supplies products to the buyers.

Customer is our online store buyer. Due to the existing law, a distinction buyer who is a consumer and a buyer who is not a consumer.

Buying consumer or the consumer is  a person who, in the conclusion and performance of the contract is not in his commercial or other business activities.

A buyer who is not a consumer, the trader who buys goods or services used for the purpose of your business with these products or services. This buyer is governed by terms and conditions to the extent to which it is involved and the Commercial Code.

Purchase Contract

If the consumer buyer, the draft contract of sale is the location of the supplier of the goods offered on the site, the purchase contract is sending an order by the buyer and the adoption of consumer-supplier. The contractor shall immediately confirm receipt of the buyer informative e-mail to the e-mail to the emergence of the contract but does not affect this certification. Resulting contract (including the agreed price) can only change or cancel the agreement of the parties or by legal reasons.

If the buyer a consumer proposal to conclude a purchase agreement is sent to order goods by the buyer and the actual purchase contract is binding torque delivery agreement with the seller to the buyer's proposal.
By concluding the purchase contract the buyer confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions, including the claims procedure, and that he agrees with them. These business terms and regulations are adequately buyer prior to carrying out orders and has advised to become acquainted with them.

The period for settlement of claims is suspended if the seller has not received all the documents necessary for settlement of a claim (of goods, other documents, etc.). The seller is obliged to require additional documentation from the buyer in the shortest possible time. The time limit is suspended from that date until delivery of the required documents by the buyer.

Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of a purchase contract prior to the conclusion, based on an agreement with the buyer in the following cases: goods already produced or delivered or significantly changed price supplier. In the event that the buyer paid a part or the entire amount of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his own account or address, and contract of sale will not occur.

Final provisions

These terms and conditions apply as stated on the website of the seller, the date of closing of the purchase contract. Order a consumer after its confirmation as a contract between buyer and seller archived in order to meet and other records and the state is accessible to the buyer. Contract can be concluded in the Czech language.

These conditions enable the consumer to archiving and reproduction. Moment of concluding the sales contract the buyer accepts all the provisions of the terms and conditions in force at the date of dispatch of the order including the price of ordered goods specified in the order confirmed, unless in a particular case proved otherwise agreed.

These conditions come into effect on 1 August 2011
